Fred previously held the position of Ecommerce Lead at Kiddicare.com and later held this position for Morrisons, the UKs 4th largest supermarket after they acquired Kiddicare in 2011. Fred worked with worldwide technology startups to create award winning, seamless customer experiences with initiatives including transactional Browse & Order Points, Mobile Payments, Personalisation, Digital Signage & Electronic Shelf Edge Labels. In September 2013, Fred Co-Founded Haatch, a unique digital investment & business incubator based in Stamford UK, with a focus on investments within the Digital Retail, Mobile & Social Space.
